个人简历:

陈瑞云,男,汉族,中共党员,江西吉水人。2022博士毕业于南昌大学食品科学与工程专业。2019-2020年赴Wrexham Glyndwr University(英国)访学。主要从事碳水化合物(主要为果胶、淀粉)高值化利用等方面的研究工作。近五年,Food HydrocolloidsFood Chemistry等期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI学术论文7篇(其中5篇为SCI TOP4篇影响因子>10),担任Food HydrocolloidsFood ChemistryCarbohydrate Polymers等期刊审稿人。
